Payment Information 

At Mayi Activewear, we strive to make your purchasing experience as smooth and secure as possible. Whether you are ordering a sample or placing a bulk production order, we offer flexible payment solutions tailored to international trade standards.

 

 Accepted Payment Methods 

1. T/T (Bank Wire Transfer)

  • Best for: Bulk production orders & wholesale.

  • Details: This is our preferred method for all commercial invoices. It is secure, fast, and suitable for larger transaction amounts.

  • Note: Please ensure the beneficiary name matches the account information provided by your account manager exactly to avoid delays.

2. PayPal

  • Best for: Samples fees & small trial orders (Under $500 USD).

  • Details: We accept PayPal for quick sample payments to speed up the development process.

  • Note: A standard transaction fee (approx. 4.4% + $0.30) may apply to the buyer.

3. Western Union / MoneyGram

  • Best for: Urgent small payments or where bank transfers are difficult.

  • Details: Please contact your account manager for the specific receiver details before sending funds.

4. Letter of Credit (L/C)

  • Best for: Large volume orders (Over $50,000 USD).

  • Details: We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight from reputable international banks. Please contact us to discuss terms prior to opening an L/C.

 

Standard Payment Terms 

For Bulk Production:

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to purchase fabrics and book production slots.

  • Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment (after Quality Control inspection and before goods leave our factory).

  • We will provide detailed photos and videos of your finished goods before you pay the balance.

For Samples:

  • 100% Upfront: Sample fees must be paid in full before development begins.

  • Refund Policy: Sample fees (excluding shipping) are often refundable/deductible when you place a bulk order exceeding our MOQ (e.g., 300 pieces/style).

 

4. Currencies Accepted 

We primarily trade in USD (United States Dollar).

  • If you wish to pay in EUR, AUD, or CAD, please inform our sales team, and we will provide the exchange rate based on the daily bank rate.

 

 Security & Invoice Fraud Warning

 Security Warning: Please note that our bank account information seldom changes. If you receive an email claiming that our bank details have changed, DO NOT make the payment. Please call us or contact your dedicated sales representative via WhatsApp/WeChat immediately to verify. Mayi Activewear will not be responsible for funds transferred to incorrect or fraudulent accounts.
